FEB - Present 2024: Opiods

In this period I spent my weeks working hard at a refractories solution plant, selling cannabis and MDMA to school teachers, sky divers, musicians, uni students and construction workers.

On 1 April 2014 I developed sever psychosis that revolved around a new found belief in God and how the world was created.  

I became unbearable to be around and my friends soon grew sick of my ranting at them.  

I lost my job of 3 years that I really enjoyed because of my substance use.  

I moved back to my parents house and lived in a garden where shed.

It is most certainly true that cannabis is a gateway drug. From 17 I was smoking at least a gram of marijuan a day. Because I came from a privaledged family and has very supportive parents I was still able to complete my HSC and the The Illawarra Grammar School andgain admission into Wollongong University. At this age I was playing rugby union for Country NSW and toured New Zealand.

In 2010 I was first introduced to Opiods when I was prescribed Oxycondone after disclocating my shoulder attempting to play rugby.

I soon discovered it was possible to purchase codeine over the counter at any pharmacy (if the government had not banned this in 2018, I would already be dead).

During this period of time I researched how to extract the codeine from the ibopforfen by mixig it with water and extract the codiene. 

I would ensure I did not fix evidence of dental pain so that doctors would prescribe painkilers without much investigation.

In 2017, after losing my drivers licence I discovered how to purchase OxyCondone from the dark web.

Because I was undergoing treatment for extreme anxiety and depression I had a prescription for clonazopan from 2017 - 2020.

During this period I had no dersire to work or move out of living with my parents. I was socially isolated and life was meaningless.

Due to my opioid and other substance abuse issues and I have lost all friends and the respect of my family. I once had a large group of close friends I could socialise with and no there is no one. I have had not had a serious relationship in 10 years and disclosing on a dating app that I am unemployed and living with my parents has not proved successful.  

I plan to rebuild social networks by attending NA meetings and participating in a long term residential rehab program.  

The main reason I have been abusing substances is my extreme social anxiety.  

Because my substance misuse had resulted in a several criminal charges I ended up in prison at Silverwater MRRC and long Bay for 6 months. It was in jail that started using opioids daily and was prepared to perform unsavoury tasks to attain the drug. I was using opioids intrevenously and was put on the waiting list for the Buvudal program. Many inmates who also suffered from substance misuse disorder said that the injection did not make them feel high but it took away their cravings and need to resort to Illicit substances. 

I have not held a meaningful job since 2014 which a compiled in the image below. I have also lived with my parents since then.  

Due to substance misuse, I have always been unreliable and only provided in positions I am not suited to as I have no recent work experience and because of my criminal record.  

Being on the OTP will mean I am able to maintain some order, have money to live indepently and not have to constantly endure the effort of sourcing Street drugs. 

On my next in person consultation, the form that requests all my medical history can be sent through that will provide overwhelming evidence of my depression, anxiety and substance misuse. I was asked to stop coming as a patient because I was presenting with problems that required a solution prescribed by a Psychiatrist. Please see the list of prescribed medications I have had over the years and this will prove the OTP is perfect for my illness. 

A discharge summary and history of attending psychiatrist consultations and impatient programs will confirm that none of the solutions offered by this respected facility have had any affect on my opioid and other Illicit substance seeking behaviour. I first attended SCP in 2014 where I was diagnosed with drug induced psychosis. In 2019 I was provided diazepam and on another occasion I was asked to leave early because I was convinced that certain amphetamine based medication would solve all my problems. 

I have completed the residentul program at the Hills Clinic 3 times now and based on early results combined with the researched being started on the OTP may yield positive results. I was reffered to the clinic on one occasion for opioid misuse (oxycontin).
